Responsibilities Manage calls Schedule appointments Ensure office is stocked and clean Ensure timely and accurate customer service Handle patient/family requests Manage patient records Ensure policies and privacy requirements are met Skills General computer knowledge and aptitude for learning new systems Excellent communication and people skills - must enjoy children! Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask Demonstrated problem-solving skills Previous administrative or front desk experience desired Experience with office equipment (e.
